Hi, my name is Titus, and Harmony is one of my top 5 StrengthsFinder themes. I’m one who loves peace and teamwork. It energizes me when people are in agreement, and gets me really uncomfortable when there is a confrontation or a conflict.

My Harmony theme seeks to build unity while minimizing any form of friction. It isn’t about conforming to others but helping everyone see eye-to-eye. I enjoy team sports where everyone can come together to work towards a common goal. Even if we do not win, it feels great to have been part of a concerted effort.

I really love the Harmony strength because it constantly reminds me that unity can be forged in diversity. As a student, there are many group assignments to be done. It is during group discussions where my Harmony plays out the most. During brainstorming, many ideas are generated and many ideas are also shot down. My Harmony allows me to remind everyone that we are on the same boat and helps to ensure that discussion remains objective and constructive.

I truly enjoy and appreciate this strength of mine because it allows me to relate and work better with the people around me. Ultimately, you can count on me to keep a group of people united and moving to the same beat.
